To make a provisional booking please contact us.

We are a family business and like to discuss the booking in person with you. Once confirmed over the telephone or by email you will be required to print off our booking form (or we can post you one), sign it and post to us with the deposit. We do not accept cards and payment will be requested by cheque. You will receive written confirmation. See booking conditions for cancellation insurance.

Booking Conditions

Deposit
We require a deposit of one third of the tariff price. Cheques should be made payable to Shell Cove House. We do not accept credit/debit card payments.

Balance is due by cheque two weeks prior to arrival. No reminder will be sent.

Security Deposit
In addition to the balance a separate £100 security deposit cheque should be sent. This is destroyed after departure if the property is left clean and intact.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation any monies paid are normally non-refundable and the full cost of the holiday will be due. All holidays must be covered by cancellation insurance.

If we have to cancel the booking for any reason we will provide as much notice as possible and return the full deposit immediately on notice of cancellation. Liability is restricted and limited to the monies paid only and no compensation is payable due to cancelled bookings.

Accommodation may only be occupied by the guests on the booking form. It will be ready for occupation from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on morning of departure.

Children are very welcome. Please note the games and facilities are not supervised. The hirer agrees to take all precautions and responsibility for their childrens safety.

Swimming Pools are not supervised. Non swimmers and children under 15 are not allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by a competent adult swimmer. Pool rules apply.

Groups
We do not accept groups of single people.

The stepped cliff path to the beach may not be suitable for all. There are other beaches within walking/driving distance.

Dogs are accepted by arrangement in some properties @ Ł35 a week. They are not allowed in bedrooms, on furniture or to be left unattended. They must be kept on a lead in the garden.

Smoking
No smoking allowed inside the properties.

Guest's visitors are welcome by arrangement. A charge is made for non-residents using some of the facilities.

Cleaning service
This is available Monday to Friday to make beds and clean property @ 10%. Property must normally be vacated during cleaning.

Wi-Fi Internet Access is available from our reception area.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation and access to facilities at our discretion.
