TO MAKE A BOOKING please either submit an online ENQUIRY or phone us on 01626 862523 to confirm your chosen property is available and suitable.
You will then be requested to either PRINT AND POST or
COMPLETE ONLINE our Booking Form and submit along with a deposit.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of one third of the tariff price is required with the booking form. Either post a cheque made payable to Shell Cove House or we will contact you once we receive the booking form to arrange a bank transfer. We do not accept credit/debit cards.
You will receive written confirmation. No booking is confirmed until we send written confirmation with a booking reference number.
Booking Conditions
Deposit
We require a deposit of one
third of the total cost of your holiday within 5 days of making the booking. We do not accept cards. Cheques should be made payable to Shell Cove House or if you prefer we can arrange a simple bank transfer once we receive the booking form. There is usually no charge for this. You will receive written confirmation.
Balance
The balance is due two weeks prior to arrival. Either send a cheque made payable to Shell Cove House or arrange a bank transfer. You will receive written confirmation.
Security Deposit
In addition to the balance a separate £100 security deposit cheque should be sent or £100 cash paid on arrival. This is destroyed or refunded if the property is left clean and intact on departure.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation any monies paid are normally non-refundable and the full cost of the holiday will be due. All holidays must be covered by cancellation insurance.
If we have to cancel the booking for any reason we will provide as much notice as possible and return the full deposit immediately on notice of cancellation.
Liability is restricted and limited to the monies paid only and no compensation is payable due to cancelled bookings.
Regular Visitor Discount Guests returning for their 5th and subsequent holidays receive 5% discount. 10% for 10 times or more and 12% for 30 or more. A free weekend after 40th stay and a free week after 50th stay (Excludes Short Breaks).
Accommodation Accommodation may only be occupied by the guests on the booking form. The hirer is responsible for ensuring the property
is left clean and intact. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to our property or for any exceptional cleaning requirements.
Arrival/Departure
The property will be available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on morning of departure. If you expect to arrive in the
evening after 6pm or are delayed please let us know.
Children Children are very welcome. Please note the games and facilities are not supervised. The hirer agrees to take all precautions and responsibility
for their childrens safety. Parents are responsible for ensuring any equipment used is suitable for their child.
Travel Cots Travel Cots are not suitable for children over 86cm in height or that weigh more than 14kg or are able to climb out. You are welcome to bring your own cot.
Swimming Pools Swimming Pools are not supervised. Non swimmers and children under 15 are not allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by a competent adult swimmer.

Groups
We do not normally accept groups of people or multiple property bookings.
Cliff Path The Stepped cliff path to the beach may not be suitable for all. There are other beaches within walking/driving distance.
Dogs Dogs are accepted by arrangement in some properties @ £35 a week. They are not allowed in bedrooms, on furniture or to be left unattended. They must
be kept on a lead in the garden.
Smoking
No smoking allowed inside the properties.
Guest's visitors Guests visitors are welcome by arrangement. A charge may be made for non-residents using some of the facilities.
Cleaning Service
If you would like a daily or mid-week cleaning service this can usually be arranged in advance at a charge of £15 hour. Property must normally be vacated during cleaning. Please contact us to discuss your requirements prior to booking.
Wi-Fi Wi-Fi Internet Access is available from our reception area.
The Jameson family will not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained by visitors during their stay.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation and access to facilities at our discretion.
The owner or appointed agent reserves the right to access the property if the need should arise. |
